Use support tickets to contact the team about this product. Sign in when prompted, create a ticket, and follow replies in your account. The contact information on this page refers to that working support channel; no email address or response-time guarantee is implied.

Report a file-processing problem

Include the file extension, approximate size, browser and version, the action you tried, and the error shown. For example, tell us whether a PDF was password protected or whether an Office file was an older DOC/XLS format.

Do not send a confidential original. The homepage processes documents locally, but information or attachments you deliberately send in a support ticket are submitted to our server. Describe the issue first and use only a redacted, non-sensitive sample if needed.

Privacy requests and content corrections

Use the same support channel for privacy requests, incorrect product claims or documentation corrections. Include the relevant page URL and a description, without adding document contents or unnecessary personal data. See the privacy policy.

Before opening a ticket

Review the supported formats and limitations and verification steps. Cleaning document properties does not remove identifying content from text, comments, hidden sheets or attachments.
